I'm a former advertising and publishing executive currently working with clients who need online marketing and social media coaching. My specialty is search engine optimization (SEO).
I am also a wife, mother, and entrepreneur.
I created this site in response to the many men I knew who were struggling with issues facing them once they reached 40.
From my experience, midlife is an opportunity for transformation. Ultimately, questioning one's deepest held beliefs about what it means to be a man will lead to one's true purpose in life.
